Every week, pick from 10 comfort favorites. We rotate the mains, sauces, and sides, so there's always something new to look forward to.
We start with fresh ingredients, not mixes and not jars. Everything is cut, cooked and seasoned in our kitchen. Nothing is frozen and nothing is left over from a catering job. Your meals are their own batch, made for meal prep only.
Each meal comes sealed in its own container and stays fresh for 4 days in the fridge. No cooking, no dishes, no thinking about dinner.

As a working couple, we don't have time to cook and prep our meals for lunch and dinner everyday. We tried this meal prep on recommendation of our colleague who follows this plan since months now. We absolutely loved the menu and the food. Its light to stomach but keeps you full for long. My favorite was bulgogi steak dish, my husband liked the salmon dish. Highly recommend to try it out for your convenience.

This food is 10 times better than Factor meal prep! When I say it’s good, I mean it is REALLY good! 😋 Everything was flavorful, fresh, and delicious. The only change I would make is to cook the broccoli a little longer so it’s softer. Other than that, absolutely amazing! 👏🏾

This is hands down the BEST meal prep service we have used in Atlanta. My fiancé and I are very busy with work, planning a wedding and traveling, so we don’t have enough time to cook during the week. We were extremely satisfied with our meals this week! This was our second time trying a meal service, but our first experience with Scrumptious—and what a difference! The other company completely disappointed us (that’s another story), but they really impressed both me and my wife. Absolutely loved the food!! It was the first time we tried this meal plan and it did not disappoint!! The cajun chicken and zucchini and chicken dishes were my favorite. They even have great salad with delicious sauces. I personally enjoyed my meals of the week.

My first impression was great based on the meal containers portions they have. The aroma of my meals were great and it did tempt me to try it even when i was not hungry. I ate up half of the meal for testing and I absolutely loved it.! The meals are very fresh in taste and is 100% delicious. It kept me full for long and the portion is also great.

Perfect portions! Very flavorful! Will definitely be ordering every week that I have to work moving forward. I saved tons of money not ordering DoorDash and Uber eats this week. And did not even feel groggy after lunch. I hope the menu changes every week so I won’t get bored.
They deliver XL portions so its perfect for a filling meal time. My husband and I just order our favorites every week and we take these to our work place. After re-heating the meal, the taste seems to be fresh and does not lose any flavor. This plan has been easy and convenient for me so I will continue following it. The meals arrived as scheduled and my hubby and I feasted for about 6 days sharing one meal as the potions were large! Due to this being my first time ordering I ordered the chicken and salmon meals. They were tasty and well seasoned. The teriyaki salmon and the cajun chickenwere our favorite. The price was right and it took the pressure off of me to cook. Loved the variety it offered!

Chef Seanis amazing. He catered my family’s cabin retreat and everything was top tier!! He prepared 4 dinners and 4 morning breakfasts for my family of 7. He was flexible with our schedules, punctual, the food was stellar and he cleaned up everything at the end of the night!! He felt like an addition to our family by the end of our trip. Everything we ordered was very very good. All of the meals are seasoned very well and I love the variety that they offer. The food is so good it almost makes it hard to believe they're under 500 calories. They have a returning customer for life.

They remain fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them if you want to extend their shelf life.
Meals come fully cooked. Just microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through. (Times may vary depending on the appliance.)
